Odaiba Marine Park

Odaiba Marine Park is a park situated along a cove overlooking the Rainbow Bridge and the cluster of high-rise buildings on the opposite shore. Its beautiful scenery is its greatest attraction.
Odaiba Beach along the waterfront is an artificial sandy beach. Visitors can dip their feet in the water at the shoreline, and beach and water sports are also very popular.
At Isohama, gobies, young sea bass, and rockfish are commonly caught. Sea buses and amphibious buses also operate here, and on sunny days, taking a leisurely sightseeing cruise from the water is highly recommended.
The Statue of Liberty, photographed by almost everyone who visits the park, was cast from a mold of the original in France. While many people think of New York City in the United States as the home of the Statue of Liberty, the famous statue there was actually a gift from France.
At the northern tip stands Daiba Park, which juts out into the sea like an island.
It is one of the coastal batteries built by the Edo Shogunate for national defense in response to Commodore Perry's arrival at the end of the Edo period. The remains of a gunpowder magazine and cooking stoves can still be seen there.
