We recommend the ramen noodles with specially crafted pork chashu, made from Kagoshima Kurobuta pork and Akita Momobuta pork. The soup made from chicken, pork, kelp, dried bonito, bonito, vegetables, and ago dashi (flying fish) is also amazing.
